"Did not receive bill due to computer glitch Lita English is helping us to resolve the issue. It’s been one week and issues still not resolved, have still not recd bill nor new ID cards. Supposed to have recd on 10th but haven’t as of yet. Talking with Lita daily."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Grateful for Tommy – A True Blessing! I truly believe it was the work of God that connected me to Tommy at State Farm. I had just moved from Florida to Texas, and while registering my car, I discovered that my Florida insurance didn’t meet the minimum liability requirements in Texas. I needed to act fast—and that’s when Tommy stepped in. He handled everything with such professionalism, clarity, and patience. Within less than 30 minutes, he transferred all my documents from Florida to Texas, explained every detail beautifully, and ensured I had exactly what I needed to complete my registration. Thanks to Tommy’s quick and excellent service, I was able to return to the registration office and finish everything smoothly. His kind and gracious support truly felt like an answer to prayer—he was like an angel sent to help me in a moment of need. "Was good for a year, but my auto rate was raised quite a sum for no traffic violations or accidents within that year or overall. Tried reaching out numerous times to see where the jump was from but have been ignored by Brady and his team for going on months. If you want State farm, best to find other representation. They will push bundles as the only way to get good rates, they attempt to increase payments until pointed out."

While these adjustments are determined at a state and nationwide level and are beyond our control, we’re more than happy to review your policy with you and explore any available savings opportunities. "Answered the phone immediately, didn't deal with any automated system. Was very quick to help me switch insurance state to state, monthly rate got cut in half basically which was the highlight to my month lol. He even took the initiative to call the other branch in Phoenix, Arizona to cancel my insurance there and let them know that I am now in Texas."
